Nature inspired, modern living.

The Masterplan

Space to breathe, room to look up, and a grounding sense of home. Across three hundred acres of land, The Oaks Ranch Estate provides a complete world in one. Designed around connection and community – this is life on the NSW South Coast at its most considered.

Creating Deeper Roots

The Oaks Ranch Estate will come to life across considered stages – each adding an additional layer to a community designed to grow and flourish with intention.

Live

Your story at The Oaks Ranch Estate begins here. A limited release of architect-designed homes on generous residential lots is now available. Setting your foundation for living well.

Golf

Sitting seamlessly within the natural landscape, the Greg-Norman designed golf course will provide residents with a signature course, just minutes from your doorstep.

Wellness

On the horizon, a state-of-the-art day spa designed to sit quietly within its surrounds will offer residents and guests a place to connect with themselves. Restore, rejuvenate, return to you.

Every opportunity to build a golf course in my homeland is special to me, and The Oaks Ranch Estate is no exception. I’m particularly excited about this project due to the careful consideration put in place to protect the native environment, which aligns perfectly with my ‘least disturbance’ design approach.”

The story

Long before the Estate, there was The Oaks Ranch Hotel. This is where our story starts – a boutique retreat that has since captured the minds and memories of those who’ve found their way here. Today, it sits at the centre of everything. Its Spanish Mission soul and Palm Springs spirit, setting the tone for all that surrounds it.

Giving Back to the Land

The Oaks Ranch Estate was built around the simple but powerful belief that the land gives us so much, and deserves the same in return. 65% of the estate is dedicated to conservation, with a Biodiversity Stewardship Agreement currently being established to protect and nurture the natural environment for generations.

Rehabilitating The Ground

Through active rehabilitation of native vegetation and wetlands, we’re helping the land we call home return to its natural state. We’re creating habitats for local flora and fauna and restoring the ecological health of the Estate while providing an unmatched natural backdrop for residents, guests, and visitors.

Living With Wildlife

Our favourite neighbours, the kangaroos, have always called The Oaks Ranch home. The Estate has been deliberately designed to allow kangaroos and native wildlife to move freely across the land. From native birds to nocturnal creatures, and yellow belly gliders – the natural world here is one you experience daily.

Biodiversity Stewardship

The Oaks Ranch Estate has applied for a formal Biodiversity Stewardship Agreement, ensuring the conservation of this land in perpetuity. This land is actively being restored, protected, and credited back to the natural world. Additionally, all landscape throughout the masterplan will be built around predominantly native, endemic species that support local biodiversity.
