A feature of The Oaks Ranch Estate masterplan is a 9-hole premier golf course. Created by Greg Norman Golf Course Design, this prestigious course will be blended within the natural setting of the landscape. A clubhouse and swimming pool is expected to appeal to residents and visitors.

About the development

The residential and resort community is expected to house up to 90 designer homes and 75 short-stay resort-style villas set amongst beautifully landscaped gardens. The estate has all the benefits of a gated community (without the gates) – offering privacy, exclusivity and amenity – yet with the independence of Torrens-title land parcels.

The Estate will be continuously maintained to a high standard with a neighbourhood management plan.
