Our tailored house and land packages are highly considered and architecturally designed. Every residence within this contemporary range of turnkey homes uses natural materials that honour the surrounding environment, and embrace an appreciation of the land throughout their design.
These homes allow you to secure a premium piece of land and pair it with a home designed by our award-winning architects, Bridget McShane of McShane Studio and Nick Richter of Saturday Studio.

Across Stage 1, there are currently 12 available lots to select from.
With distinctive house designs to select from across larger lots (lots 9-12), and single level designs (lots 2-6), each home has been specifically tailored to its unique place within The Oaks Ranch Estate.
Each generously sized lot has been thoughtfully positioned to maximise views, privacy, and connection to the estate’s natural setting. These homes blend contemporary coastal architecture with timeless rural charm – indoor-outdoor living, private pools, expansive decks and premium finishes that celebrate the natural beauty of the South Coast.

Build your own home using The Oaks Ranch Estate’s architectural guidelines. Whether you’re working with your own architect or would like to collaborate with one of our preferred team members, we’ll make the process simple and straightforward. With a design review panel in place to ensure each home contributes to the enduring character of this special place we call home, we’re helping to create a meaningful collection of homes from the ground up.
That’s why we offer a fully custom design service with our preferred architects. Whether you love the current curated designs or want to create something entirely bespoke for your chosen lot, our team will work closely with you from concept through to construction. You may also use your own design team while adhering to our considered architectural guidelines.
